We're in the process of adding GSS to 8 of our sites and I have a few questions before we proceed with the purchase of a plan:

• Is it possible to consolidate the 8 SEs into one plan? Or do we need a separate plan for each site?
  
• What happens if we exhaust our search volume and need to upgrade? Do we get to pay only the price difference between the two plans? eg we started with the $250 and need to upgarde to the $750 one: do we pay $500 for the upgrade, or $750?
• Is it possible to exclude some pages from the search results? We have two sites sharing the same domain www.guideautoweb.com and www.guideautoweb.com/en its english counterpart, and we would not want to have english pages in search results on the french site
