Have been using CSEs for years and years; have many of them.  Just starting to update to the new (two page) code from the old iframe versions.

The search button displays exactly as I want it in FF (I attached a screen shot of FF11, it also works well in other versions)

However the code, as pasted exactly from my control panel (except that I changed the width of the entire div to 86%) does NOT render well in IE (any version) or Chrome.  See attached ie-chrome.jpg.

Any ideas?  As I mentioned, I pasted this directly from my CSE control panel; the only change I made was to the width.  It also renders the same way at 100% width so I'm sure it's not that.

I haven't tried it in Safari yet.
