does the index speed depend by the number of items submitted to be indexed ? In case we choose this service all our items will be indexed on demand (e.g. several millions every day) . Also how fast is the "remove" on demand operation ? We  need to remove the items as fast as possible to make sure the users won't find "expired/not in stock" items.
