You do not need to install FireFox, just download the FireFox add-on from Foxit and install it in Foxit.
Find and copy the 2 files to the Plugins subdirectory as described above:
FROM:  C:\Programmer\Foxit Software\Foxit Reader\plugins
TO:       C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins   (Create it if need be).

In the dos prompt (CMD) as administrator:
regsvr32 "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins\FoxitReaderOCX.ocx"

Type:    about:plugins    in the address field of Google to use Chromes plugin manager to verify the installation and remember to deactivate    Chrome PDF Viewer    from the plugin manager, then it works.
