I am NEW - VERY NEW - to this "troubleshoot-and-fix" situation: when I print something off my screen, it comes out TINY...very tiny, and it is very hard to read.
A friend told me to
1) find "TOOLS"
   CLICK
2) find "UNDER THE HOOD"
   CLICK
3) find "WEB CONTENT"
   CLICK
4) find "FONT SIZE"
   CLICK
5) choose a font size I like and CLICK...

This all sounds well and good, but I cannot even complete the first step of where to find "TOOLS"... Where, geographically is "TOOLS" located? (I think I got to TOOLS once, but in clicking it, I DID NOT FIND "step #2: "UNDER THE HOOD".

I'm a neophyte on this and do NOT speak "computer-technical English". I need it in SIMPLE ENGLISH - very, very simple English..."tab A into slot B" English...

I am part of the "#2 -yellow - Ticaonderoga and Big Chief Writing Tablet" generation, just trying to figure out "what to do", "when", "where" and "how"...

(I don't even know - nor remember - how I got HERE!)
