(Note:  i opened a thread with this problem but i think this is a better venue to explain my problem)

I am unable to attach file to my personal gmail account and google apps account.  I can open the small window, access the file I want to send but when I click the file to begin the upload nothing happens.
I used firefox and internet explorer and it works okay.
I also noticed that I had difficulty opening files from windows explorer using the double click method ... it takes a very, very long time and sometimes not at all.  I have had to open the files through the program I am using.
When I closed chrome and used firefox, i noticed that i can now open the files quickly when double clicking.

Just so you know and maybe find a solution.
