Great article. I installed Super Anti-Spyware on my computer and Bitdefender.  BitDefender runs constantly.  Before I shut down my computer I run the Super Ant-Spyware and I ALWAYS come up with 50+ Adware cookies.  I couldn't figure out how to stop them.  Now I've applied your advice to my computer settings I'm anxious to see if that resolves the problem.
