Chroem OS will be available ONLY as a pre-installed operating system, For the Reasons I described above.

I've been beta testing for Google since gmail first came out, i even have a laptop with Chrome OS, i think i know what i'm talking about.

And besides what good do these instructions do for Windows or Linux Users?
