Error 7 (net::ERR_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out is being seen by many users accessing our sites. We supply support for over 5500 journals worldwide. We have over 5 million users so I am trying to help our support department reply to the support questions we are receiving and give them suggestions. When ever we see one of these errors given to our support department we recommend the standard clear cache etc but that does not seem to work. Since we give reviewers a direct link to review for the journals this is all they see is Error 7 (net::ERR_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out, leading them back to use that our site is not functional. If there is no solution can the error be updated to include your recommended steps? We recommend using Chrome to our 5 million users as it is a great tool however, we need a global solution to this problem. Thank you.
