You are in luck, as this is currently a feature in Chrome 19, which you can download as a Beta for your desktop (or wait until it comes to the Stable channel). This way if you go to the New Tab page on your desktop there is an "Other Devices" section just like on your phone. You can't currently "send" pages to your desktop, but if they are still open on your phone you can open them easily from any device.
