I have a Blackberry 9900 which I bought 6 months ago.
I tried to backup the phone data via Blackberry manager on the laptop but it freeze my laptop. I am unable to update the OS version due to this.
Afterwhich, it reboots on its own every now and then. Then the phone surrendered and gave me a white screen with Error 102. I lost all my data. Telco doesn't want to take responsibility and there's no reply from RIM.
Telco claimed it's because I installed Google Chrome and this is a known problem. I only installed Google Sync so I can pull my contacts from Google Contact.
Can anyone help to confirm or Google confirm this? I want to go back to the Telco for recourse.
