Thank you for replying, vasa1. However, I wasn't referring that PDF Viewer (Chrome) controls. I do think that this Viewer is not playing nice with the PDFs (leading to my specific problem), because when I inspected the page elements, I found the PDF page link within the PDF viewer tag.
One thing I should mention (sorry, I forgot - I wrote it in the other post) is that the link that I am clicking to get to the PDF opens a page with frames, and the PDF is displayed in the bottom frame.
The problem that I have is this: When you open a PDF in any other browser, some PDF controls appear in a toolbar on the top of the page; the toolbar allows you to print, save, or email the PDF, navigate the page, zoom and so forth. The PDF in Chrome is missing all these controls. Same PDF in FF, IE9 and IE Tab extension in Chrome works fine.
