I'm wondering if this is a Windows 7 64-bit installer issue. I have Chrome running on my Windows 7 32-bit installation just fine but even following these instructions and many of the comments I cannot get Chrome to install on by 64-bit instance.  Giving up for now and using FireFox 6, but if anyone has any other ideas, I'm more than willing to try.
