One particular maddening case is where I am reading an article, see a term/name I want to google, Ctrl+T for a new tab, type the term/name really fast and hit enter, and the exact same article pops up.

It's almost like the search option is now delayed from popping up, and so the omnibox autocomplete favors searching history keywords/titles/content as well as other search engine autocomplete (where the differen UI element pops up).

I tried to peruse the chromium issue list to see if this has been repoted and I actually thought this might be the result of a bugfix, but not sure.

Either way, its driving be absolutely bonkers.
