I tried to get help from the chromebook ninja team but of course they cannot help us on this issue. Neverthless here is their advice
You can submit feedback about this issue from a computer other than a Chromebook.  On the Chrome web browser, select the Wrench icon, then "About Google Chrome."  From there, select "Report an Issue..."
You may also want to see if you can submit a Bug at: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues.
I had already reported the issue from the Chome OS wrench icon (you might want to do the same just to increase the voice). I had not done anything yet on the chromium link...
