The problem came back. If that helps, it showed up again when I tried using Facebook Connect on a 3rd party site (it was either Pinterest or Imgur).

I can't access the link you provided earlier, but off the top of my head, here are the screen shots I think they were requesting. Can you pass them to the relevant team(s)?
