I forgot my sync passphrase, so I go to dashboard and follow the instructions for resetting.  Wehn I log back in, I still get the ! sync not working re enter passphrase...it won't go away and I can't reset!!!  Help please, (and I am not a computer whiz, so help that I can understand lol).  Thank You
