I got kind of this problem before, try to install: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_pro  , just click and install, then scan your computer and deleting this things they find harmful! After that, try to reinstall google chrome and see if that program is still there, plz reply if you have trouble so I can help!
