Well after doing the restore it came back. Became angry and emailed customer support. Received a second email from them. Go to control panel and look for a program called bprotecter. They said this was not their program, but it seems they are aware of it. Uninstall bprotecter and reload the browser you want. Worked for both Mozilla and IE. Hope you have the same change for yours.
