That's the whole point here. All I did was check my email and suddenly all my bookmarks just appeared there. I never knowingly signed in and I never created any profile in the first place, and clearing the browsing history didn't resolve anything. Ultimately what did was deleting the profile entirely. Why, I ask, does google do this to people? Why can't you just sign out?

Between this and their shitty phone service, I am really beginning to lose it with google.
