Are you able to confirm if the fax number 650-644-0489 is still valid? I am a Canadian citizen with a need to send form W-8BEN for my Google Play merchant account.

Furthermore, is it acceptable to Google and the IRS for me to omit Part I, line 6 since I am a Canadian without a U.S. taxpayer identification number, SSN/ITN or EIN?
