i have the same issue and now i have an amount that should be paid out to me and I would like the money put into my account since I've already sent the product out before discovering this issue. this is awful customer service i would never recommend use of this service to anyone!! I can't even get a contact number or even put a comment in the form i've been directed too and based on the posts elsewhere from this forum as well as your old forum it seems that this issue has not been resolved for any of your other customers and I find it appalling!
