Hi all, I have never used the Google wallet service previously, but just bought an Android phone and wanted to use it to buy some apps. My dilemma is when I try to log into Google Wallets I am receiving the following message:
Unable to access a Google product

the entire Google Accounts system, if the Terms of Service or product-specific policies are violated.

As I have mentioned above I have never used this service and all my other Google products are in good standing so I am not sure exactly what is going on here. I have sent several requests through the "contact us" link above as I do believe my account was suspended in error, but no one is getting back to me. Should I just start fresh with a new Google account? I really would prefer not to go this route as I have been using the email address associated with this account for ages and literally have it as my primary email address for dozens of different services and professional organizations on the web. Thank you for any help provided.
