i tried uploading all the documents they want, and i got this email

subject: "Google Wallet Account Verification"
message:

my goole wallet is active, but my google play says

"Your Google Play registration payment was denied. We had a problem processing your credit card. Please go to Google Checkout to fix the problem or please submit a new registration order."

and still,

they charge me on my card,

not sure what the hell they are talking about, they should refund my fund first
