Google Checkout took over $700 because of a mistake.

How Do I?
A Customer purchased over $300 worth of purchases, by purchasing the same thing 36 times for $9.99
Then a month later I get a chargeback request for each purchase, each email said to reply with the information about the purchase, since I noticed each email replied to the same email - I emailed online once giving information about the purchase.
I got a response 2 weeks later that they would get back to me in about 4 weeks.
What happened next? Google thought I didn't respond to those emails and charged me a refund PLUS A $10 FEE.
Thats over $700! So, because of ONE customer, I'm charged over double what they paid because of a mistake.
How do I get this fixed, is there someone I can talk to. Google isn't responding to my emails, and I want that money back.
