Thank you for the link. But my main problem is the fact that I've seemingly already lost $2500 that Google doesn't really seem to care about. Indeed.... why should they? They've already got my money and I've gotten no merchandise!
When I click your link, I come to a link where I have to sign into my Google Checkout Buyer. Now it's asking for my credit card information. Well, what if I've already come to the point to where I don't trust Google with my money anymore? Why would I expose my credit card information to someone with so limited customer service?
I'm going to have to find some real good reasons why I'm going to give what's left of my money to an organization who doesn't care about its customer base.
I just wish there was a toll free number I could call. But I imagine that would mean they'd have to hire someone.
Any chance for a link to a forum for questions for the buyer, instead of me spamming the merchant boards with my problems?
BTW. Thank you for an answer of some sort. It's the closest I've come to customer service so far. Grrrrr.
