Account suspension

My checkout seller account has been suspended with no apparent reason and no way of asking for the reason.  There appears to be no way of contacting support without my merchant ID,  In order to get my merchant ID, i need to go into my Checkout account.  But I can't because I'm suspended.  A vicious circle :)

It's difficult to see how I could have broken any guidelines as I hadn't started taking payments on my seller account as I hadn't completed the background web work.  In addition, my buyer account seems to be suspended, again with no explanation or notice that I know of.  Attempts to contact Google Checkout have all failed or have not been responded to.

It's not the end of the world as far as I'm concerned, but it's inconvenient.  For example, as an Android user, I'm concerned that my email might get pulled, which would harm the function of my mobile device.  I addition, I don't seem to be able to buy anything on the Android market.

Does anyone have any suggestions (apart from giving it up as a bad job)
