For Google Checkout merchants, nothing is changing right now. Merchants should continue to access their seller accounts at  https://checkout.google.com/sell. Presently only buyer accounts can be accessed at https://wallet.google.com/manage and there is no option to toggle between buyer and merchant accounts at this link.
