I am new to Google checkout. I set up an account in January this year, verified my bank account and in February put an order through.
The order went through as completed. The service paid for was provided and I am still yet to receive payout.
Whenever I attempt to contact Google Support through their online automated service I get a message back saying that I need to add a bank account. I already have a bank account which is also verified. I'm at a bit of a loss as to where to go for help on this as the help system seems to be a never ending loop of automated responses telling me to add a bank account.
