The vendor has no record of the order from Google even when I told them the Google number. They referred me back to Google who told me to go back to the merchant. Meanwhile I am charged 150.00 dollars with no merchandise. I finally had no choice but to dispute it with Amex. Naturally that is going to take 8-10 weeks.
