There was a *big gap* in orders from around 00:54 GMT to 02:54 GMT this morning (24th April) as well - looked like some form of outage.  It still hasn't improved since everything has come back though, and I have users complaining they can't purchase my app!

I have raised a ticket with google support this morning (though I have not seen any response to date).

I have also seen a lot of cancelled orders due to 'Order could not be completed in a {something} timeframe' about 1 minute after the order was placed, most odd.  But I am also getting reports from users trying to buy the app (and the corresponding order is not even registering on the checkout system - there's nothing to see)

At least I'm not alone in this - that was my primary concern!
