Small dev like you. Look at my apps searching my name. My Robot Girl was going viral before this happened... so I'm just as p'ed off as you. The sales will come back, as you can see from my graphic. But it still sucks that I lost a month of sales from this and it also delayed the posibility of my app going viral.

With that said; I also work in the stock market (see sig below), which I why I know that Google will never address these kinds of issues. Accountability. If any public shareholder's of GOOG knew that ALL app sales dropped significantly because of a cluster f*** like this (Play Store), heads would roll. We need a Google employee to leak some info on this.
