no google does not hold ur funds.i made this mistake it said we were protected by google checkout and inurance so if it turned out not to be as claimed my money would be returned it was all a lie.it was a sad story that her husband was killed a few months before in war her and her daughter needed the money and couldnt keep looking at the truck. it all sounded good i was to pay google rep by western unionand i would receive thje vehicle within 5 days then i would have 5 days to inspect it if i like i email google they release the funds if not i tell google why i don t want and they refund my mon ey within 2 days seller would be rfesponsible for getting the vehicle back it sounded great i did it and nol truck no moneyno longer get response from seller or the fake google checkout
