When I submit an order, the callback url is getting called with a new order notification. The financial order state is set to REVIEWING. After that, no order state change information is been sent to my callback url. i.e. I am not receiving any order-state-change-notification requests through my callback URL. I would like to know whether the card has been charged or not. 

Please tell me what exactly needs to be set on merchant settings.
