I've had a search of this forum and a good read of the documentation but I am still struggling to cancel a subscription.
If a user has setup a subscription we get regular "new order" notifications with each scheduled payment.
However when I try cancel said subscription (after charging and then refunding) I use the latest scheduled payment's google_order_number, put together a cancel-items request and send that through. Nothing happens. All of my other requests work, including charge-and-ship and even cancel-order (however this only works for orders that have either been refunded or are in a chargeable status as per the docs).
The only thing that I see could be missing is the item_id - which I do not have as the docs don't specify it must be included, nor do any of the examples actually have it.
Is anyone having any success with this? And if so could you post your xml request so I can see if I'm missing any fields.
