Yes, you guessed right. Th "contact us" leads to a skynet form that doesn't have the option "Them money never showed up".

Anyway, what you're quoting says the payout can be delayed, but at least for me the merchant account shows the payout as being made on March 2nd... But let's hope this get's figured out eventually.
