I am a UK based developer with a very popular app, Google responded saying they would email me more details within 5 working days.  They did not, I e-mailed them 8 working days after their email and they responded saying they are still investigating and will reply within 4 weeks!

Unbelievable service, no phone call, no communication, seriously considering moving all my companies development to iOS and leaving the Android platform all together.

Apple's service is fantastic compared to Google's, and you can actually talk to somebody on the phone!  Maybe people should start considering the legal route, because I know I am.  They are holding on to thousands causing a cash-flow problem in my company.
