A few questions to help us debug this issue.
1) Are you using the video chats enhancement lab, or the traditional flash renderer? Which is the other side using? 2) When did this problem start? 3) Did you receive or perform an upgrade to the flash player recently? Which version do you have installed? 4) What platform and browser are you using? Does the problem occur in other browsers?
