I am working in a broking firm where my support team interacts with client over gchat. As a widely available product, this is very convenient for all clients. From the company perspective we face challenges in terms of the number of clients we have to serve at a time. As the number of people coming online goes up, the amount of copy paste that has to be done is taking up a lot of time. What i would like to explore is, retaining gchat at client end, is there a mother chat screen / tool that i can use where messages can be send to select (individual, group or all) people at 1 shot. I should be able to send short texts, as well as large 1-page texts on a copy paste mode.
