I found a bug! : Video Chat : Gmail :
mnemick, I know you are frustrated, but that is not a very nice way to ask for help when the service is free.
Log into Gmail via a browser.
Go to Settings > Labs.
Enable video chat enhancement lab.
Save change.
Refresh Gmail.
Test.
