Making a voice call from Google Talk for Windows to another person with Google Talk for Windows transmits no voice data. Call shows notification, and can be answered, but link speed indicator in the chat window is grayed out, and there is no sound received, nor transmited.

But! Call from G+ web client to the user with Windows client works fine.
