I have followed your instructions,  and the problem remains.  All high quality reviews posted to a claimed and complete Google Places account are gone.  Found them at an unclaimed, incomplete listing for my business scraped by Google.  I have reported this listing as incorrect, and given the link data to the correct listing.  Like the past 1 yr, nothing has been done by Google Places and the folk that sit at your elbow.
