Why not start by removing all of your posts, asking for help with your problem, from discussions started by other people.

Then, start a new discussion,  with the details of your problem stated as a normal problem report.  You can leave out the "I've been waiting for you to reply" bit, just start a new problem report.  Don't ask for us to look at other problem reports, provide all of the relevant details there, in one place.  And don't hijack.
