I take it that a "blogging writer" is somebody who writes quality but yet original, and semi-personal content that can make them a suitable amount of money. A "writer blogger" is somebody who writes merely personal things in their blog that is often suited for social networking like, Google+ or you could be defaming those who share personal blogs on this here site.
