I am and intend to stay an Internet explorer user, but now I'm getting a message across the top of my screen when I go to edit or post an article that says:

Your browser is no longer supported by Blogger. Some parts of Blogger will not work and you may experience problems.
If you are having problems, try Google Chrome

1. I fixed an error in spelling using the old editor, published it and wound up with the entire article being double spaced and had to delete each one.

2. I have also added the translate widget to my sidebar and it refuses to display horizontally instead of vertically despite repeatedly clicking and saving the option.

What gives and WHY?

Obviously I'm not a happy camper
