I'm guessing I should repost this problem as a new post since this discussion has helped me narrow down what is happening.    I looked and looked and I don't know where to fix it but now I can say clearly that the issue is that the POST TITLE FONT variable is taking its direction from the POST TEXT FONT variable and not its own in Template Designer.     I don't wish for them to be the same font.
