After setting up a delegate in Outlook through Apps Sync, outlook rules apply to both your inbox and the delegate user's inbox and there is no way to make the rule only operate on one that I can find. For example, if I set up an alert for an email and it goes to both me and my delegate, the alert fires twice. If i set up a rule to move messages to a certain folder in outlook, if a matching email is sent to both me and my delegate, it is taken out of my delegates box and I get two in my folder. I have worked around this second problem by using filters in gmail, but there are other useful actions in outlook I'd like to use, such as running and app or a script, displaying a desktop alert, or playing a sound. Is this a known problem and are there any work arounds or plans to fix it?
