Using GAMLN 3.1.4, Domino migration server: Lotus Domino 8.5.3, running on Windows 2008R2, 64-bit.

I've done migrations before with this same setup.  For other companies.

I just started migrating people.  I am using 8 feeders.  With my pilot group I have 8 people "active".

1 finished, 2 are actively migrating (pushing notes from the feeder to Google).  The other 5 'active' users fail every 30 minutes when the agent starts for the feeder.  Each of these feeders is full.  All the notes have already been routed from the user's mail apps, to the "feeder" dbs.   GAMLN starts processing and then throws this error.  Strange part is I have 2 that are going o.k. but the other 5 throw this error each time the agent tries to process them.
