Users Affected: bloggeradmin/Fanta

Problem Description: I went to my domain settings and "uncheck" the automatic renewal for this as I never did use it and when I go save it automatically keeps it checked off. I do not want this fee to come off my credit card.

Steps to Reproduce: Doman Settings > Domain Name > check off the box that is currently selected for "Automatically renew my domain registration every year" > hit save > result= will not let me remove this option.
