Thanks cmlane13 -- that's a little bit better than nothing! Despite the instructions saying you can have up to 100 users or even all users by leaving the box blank, in fact the only thing that works is one single email address in the box to authorize one user only. That's obviously not how it's intended to work. Anyone from Google -- is this going to be fixed any time??
